Who we are
Agents is operated by Darkmatter AI Labs, a trading name of Reentry Systems Unipessoal Lda., a company registered in Portugal.
We act as the data controller for personal data processed through our platform.
What we collect
Account details (name, email), workflow definitions, execution metadata, and activity needed to secure the platform.
Integration credentials you connect are encrypted at rest; access is limited to the operations required for workflow execution.
Legal basis and how we use data
We process data based on contract performance (to provide the service), legitimate interests (security, improvement), and your consent where applicable.
We use data to operate the product, improve reliability, troubleshoot workflow runs, and send essential product communications.
We do not sell customer data.
Third-party services and transfers
Data sent to integrations (e.g., email, issue trackers, storage) is governed by those providers' terms.
AI requests use your configured provider; logs are limited to inputs/outputs necessary for debugging.
Some services may transfer data outside the EU/EEA; we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses).
Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services.
Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
