Agreement
- By using Agents, you agree to these terms.
- Agents is operated by Darkmatter AI Labs, a trading name of Reentry Systems Unipessoal Lda., registered in Portugal.
Accounts and access
- Use accurate information when creating an account and keep credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account; let us know if you suspect unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass security, or abuse rate limits.
- Only run workflows you have permission to execute and follow the acceptable use policies of connected providers.
- You must comply with applicable laws, including EU regulations where applicable.
Data handling
- We store workflows, execution metadata, and logs to operate and troubleshoot the product.
- Data sent to third-party integrations is subject to their terms; avoid sending sensitive data unless required.

Service and liability
- Features may change or be discontinued as the product evolves.
- The service is provided as-is; we aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
- To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
Governing law
- These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal.
- Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Portugal, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights in your jurisdiction.
